Reg:Error 404 status while creating an evaluation of a model

Hi,

I login to ARIS Business Publisher and try to evaulate the model. The report runs successfully but once I try to open the output, it shows HTTPS://404 error window. Do someone face the same problem? Kindly advise some solution.
