Hello team,
Is anyone aware of how I can restore the password or decrypt the backup of the database?
I have taken the backup without any encryption but it says it is encrypted and asks for the password.
I have tried manager as password but still no luck. Please help!

It seems that had issues when did the backup and the database is showing as encrypted but in fact is not.
Before to get the backup, please run the optimizedb command via ARIS Server Administrator for this database to fix any inconsistence and afterwards create a new adb backup file.
