Aris 9.8 on Prem to ARIS Cloud Models Migration

You can log in your ARIS Cloud Project Room. In the help  (right upper corner --> click on your user ID) you should find hints how to restore databases.

From 9.8 backup:

- all your DBs;

- all your custom filters from config;

- all your custom templates (if any);

- all your reports/macros/etc.

In your cloud environment (I guess you use ARIS Cloud Advanced) use java client ARIS Administration (which is free and you can assign it to 2 users) or ARIS Architect (if there license). 

What is important is to restore filters first. The sequence of restoration for everything else does not matter.
