It is possible to load new / refreshed licences in bulk by selecting a zip file containing multiple licences; this significantly reduces the work involved in provisioning an ARIS tenant.

However, new licences are being used to replace older licences, the expired ones will remain in the Admin area flagged with a yellow triangle. Although they do not create any operational conflicts, having the warning flag everywhere makes it difficult to drill down to real issues with the current (new) licence set; for example if a named licence is assigned to too many users.

The expired licences can be deleted one-by-one (which takes a lot of time).

I have not discovered a way of automatically deleting all expired licences in bulk. Have I missed something?

Thanks, Simon
