I am interested in any positive or negative experiences with utilising the ARIS ITIL reference material to help with process improvement and re-structuring of an IT function.

  • Did it save time?
  • How easy was it to integrate into your existing ARIS conventions? (We have been using ARIS for 3 years and have a fairly mature process framework and a lot of process content)
  • Did you predominantly adopt ITIL processes, roles, performance measures or did you have to re-work to fit your organisation?
