Hey

I have uploaded some BPM drawings to Aris Architect. The models were originally made in Aris Express. One of the reasons for converting to Aris Architect was to utilize the functionality of being able to assign one object to another object if they are named the same. For example, I have a series of objects in different processes that are named Error. Now I would like to have them assigned, so if I make a change in a process, it also happens in the others. How do I do it?

Hope you guys can help. /

Hi,

for this, you can use the consolidation.

  1. there is a report for this, that can be executed e.g. on the main group.
  2. or: you can use the search. Just select e.g. the main group of a database. Press Ctrl + F, select the option "object with identical names".

in the search result, left click, content -> consolidate....

Bye,

Frank
