Trying to add a node and getting compatible issue

Hello,

Aris 9.8.3 just stopped and we do not know why. There are no nodes listed so I tried to add anode using the ACC.

I used the follwoing command:

add node localhost localhost:31381 Clous g3h31m

I get this error:

This could indicate that the versions of agent and ACC differ and are incompatible.

Does anybody know what this can mean?

Hi

This message means that version of Agent is different of Aris Cloud Controller, for example you said that ARIS is 9.8.3 but your ACC could be from another version like ARIS 10...

You could also try to open the acc from Server using this option via CMD:
C:\SoftwareAG\ARIS9.8\server\acc.bat -h localhost -u Clous -p 9001 -pwd g3h31m

The port of agent here is 9001, most of default is this one.
