Hello,

 I have been trying to activate the ARIS Express installation with no success. It keeps failing with the same error to check the Proxy settings. All the checks have been performed and all the suggested clean-up actions have been tried and still it fails. The system and network admins have also tried everything they can. It still fails.Btw. I have checked the earlier posts and tried all the suggested actions. Still it fails.

Can you please suggest a better or an alternative way to activate the account ? I see this issue is not new. I have been trying to get this working for the past few days. If this does not work, I have no other choice but to choose another product for my work.
