Access Denied :(

Hello,

I would like to download the "ARIS Education Package | Single User" from http://www.ariscommunity.com/university/downloads and even if my university is well registered (See the attached email, received from University Relations) and I am also well registered with my university account, the access is still denied.

What am I doing wrong? Could you please help me?

Thank you for pointing it out to us! Unfortunately we're experiencing some technical problems at the moment. We're currently working on a solution. I will inform you as soon as we fixed it.
