When we try to access the BP in internet we getting an error as record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. (Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long),while the intranet access is working.Please let me know what to be done.

Hi Soundarya,
Make sure the proxy is enabled on your browser and try to open the BP.
