Can anyone specify if there is any way to determine who is logging in to the mashzone and who is viewing which dashboard in Mashzone 9.12 version, Enterprise edition.

If you have Mashzone 9.12 legacy (not Mashzone 9.12 NG), you might get some information out of the umc.log file. Logins and logouts are noted there. It might be a bit tricky to parse the log file to get to the pieces you need, though.
There is no way of knowing which dashboard has been viewed.
