Hello all,

I am currently working on a project involving ARIS 9.6 Test Designer and SAP Solution Manager 7.1. I see that it is possible to connect ARIS Test Designer to SolMan implementation projects. Is there a way to connect Test Designer to SolMan template projects, too? Our client maintains the lot of his processes in template projects. I would like to add the ARIS Test Designer test cases as well - so that these can be used during roll-out.

Hi Stephan,

There is a non-documented / non-supported way to do this;

Create a new Template project as regular project in ARIS configuration
Export the configuration
Open the XML with notepad++ and change the tag testproject="No" into testproject="Yes" and save
Import the newly created XML file

Now you are able to sync this one into a template project
