Can you please guide me on how to replicate model with minor changes without making changes to the base model.

Hi Subha,
You can use ARIS Create Variants features to replicate model with changes. In new model ( Eg. To-Be process model ) create object as ' Occurrence Copy' where there is no changes and brand new as ' Definition Copy' which has changes.
