Dear Subhodeep,
You already found the answers to the same question from 3 years ago:
http://www.ariscommunity.com/users/jasseins/2009-09-25-aris-vs-microsoft-visioAnd I think there's nothing much to be added since then.
Have a look on an external reference of both tools:
Gartner's Magic Quadrant Business Process Analysis
http://www.ariscommunity.com/users/nina-uhl/2012-01-13-aris-did-it-again-software-ag-positioned-leaders-quadrant-business-process-analysis-toolsIn Gartner's BPA report read the section "Cautions" about Microsoft/Visio to understand the weaknesses of Visio for advanced BPA roles such as buiness process architects/analysts. Then you will see that the commercial ARIS product line, ARIS Platform, plays just in a different class.
From my personal point of view, I see ARIS Express and Visio playing at the same level: file-based process modeling in a fast, easy but also simple way, without advanced functions for analysis, reporting or simulation.
Cheers

I don't have the latests versions of ARIS/Visio, but in general:
- ARIS Bus Designer/Architect has a central database. This enables re-use of objects, reporting, linking models, analysing process models, possibility to administration/standardization by a central team, ... Tool aims at process management.
- Visio has no such central database, allowing you to model ('draw') almost any design. Tool aims at creating designs.
