I'm seeking the experts' help.
We are thinking to implement ARIS in the company I work for. The issue that I'm worried about is, we are using RB (Rummler Brache) for our work process. The BPMN doesn't differ much from RB method but the RB is easy to read when it comes to shop-floor and ordinary employees plus RB has the following elements on one page:
Key tasks (step descriptions) Roles responsible for each task Enabling technology (automation tools) Links or handoffs to other work processes Business rules Measurementswhat do the experts suggests? I'm welling to get in touch whith whom can help or faced similar situation.
