It takes approximately 45-60 minutes to Update the export from Architect. Please advise if this is usual to take that long, if not how can we speed up this Update.

I guess it depends on the size of your database. But which version are you using? We also have really slow update time in ARIS 9.8, but it is supposed to be fixed with the 9.8.3 version coming soon :-)
