Sorry for delay, I can see that your user is activate but I'm seeing internally why you cannot open the ticket.
However, see with Jiwoon or Seoul if they can open the ticket for you until we solve the problem with your user.

I got a feedback, could you try to use a different Browser ? also try using the Incognito Mode .. in our system seems everything fine to open the ticket.
