I plan to teach BPMN using ARIS Express in a computer room at my university. Our staff has successfully installed ARIS Express, however, for the first time start up, it asks for user/password information. Can I use one account information (e.g., my account) for all computers in the computer room? If not, how do I solve this problem.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

well, the license aggrement is: every Express user needs to have one ARIS community account. So, if multiple users share the same account, after the first registration process, Express will not ask anymore for the user/password, but nevertheless, you should kindly ask your students to create there own community accounts.
