I often have to add bulk users to my Aris 9.7 server.
I am able to add the user perfectly fine via Excel Sheet.
But, I have to manually Enable "License Privileges" one by one for all the users that i have added.
My question is, What COLOUMN in excel do i have to edit and with what variable to
enable this facility ?

we recently faced a similar issue and we have changed from assigning licenses one by one to assigning licenses to a User Group and then only add Users to the respective User Group. This automatically assigns the license privilege assigned to the User Group to each Member of the User Group. Maybe this is also an option for you.
However I do not know, if Users can be imported automatically into User Groups.

Appreciate your revert, But i do move the users to a particular group
while creating them, But the group does not have an option for
"ARIS Viewer" in the "Privileges"which is what i would like to give to the users in that
group.
Any idea how can i do that ?

See below for a screenshot taken from the User management in ARIS Connect for User Groups. Assuming by ARIS Viewer you mean ARIS Connect Viewer it is displayed correctly for me. Hope this helps.

Is Florian on Release 9.8.x? If I am not mistaken, assigning licenses via user groups was a new feature in 9.8.
