Hello Everyone,
I have been trying to install Aris Designer 9.7 on one of my Windows 2012 servers and every time it starts to process the
first 1 of 13 it throws an error saying "Error occurred during the installation process" find the screen shot attached along.
I have also attached along the error Aris_install.log file so that some one on this group can look into it and let me know what could be the issue and what remedy can he taken to resolve it.
Highly appreciate any assistance from the group.

Hello,
I assume that this issue have been solved. If not, I would suggest to refer to the ARIS Installation and Administration guide. Of what I see the installation is not performed in the expected sequence, and according to the log, the ARIS Agent was not in place.
