Hallo,
wir versuchen in unserer Schule ARIS 9.7 zu installieren. Bisher lief ARIS 7.2 bei uns und ist auch noch auf dem Server installiert. Wenn nun auf dem Server ARIS 9.7 Design Server installiert werden soll, akzeptiert er noch den Lizenzkey, lässt uns Eingaben zur Standarddatenbank, Ports (lassen wir alles so) und mail (lassen wir erstmal weg) machen. Nach ca. 5min erscheint auf einmal die Fehlermeldung "error occurred during installation". Ohne weitere Hinweise.
Wir haben 64bit Windows Server, 8gb Arbeitsspeicher und an sich auch genügend Speicherplatz vorhanden. Hat jemand ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht oder einen Lösungsvorschlag?

we are trying to install ARIS 9.7 in our school . So far ARIS 7.2 ran with us and is already installed on the server. If it should now be installed the ARIS Design server 9.7, it still accepts the license key. We can input informations to the default database, ports (we leave everything) and mail (not using at the moment). After about 5 minutes the error message "error occurred During installation" appears. Without further instructions.
We do have a 64bit Windows Server, 8gb RAM and also enough space for the data. Has anyone had similar experiences or a solution?
