Hello When we try to register to ariscommunity, we receive a message telling that there is a maintenance until 10/4. Since this happens the 10/09, I am wondering if there is not something wrong with the registration tolol. Can you investigate? Thanks

We are back online since Thursday last week. Were you trying to register for ARIS Community or ARISExpress? If the maintenance window is still shown when to you try access ARIS Community it is a cache-related problem on your side. Please clear your cache. If you still have the same problem after this just contact me again.

It is about registering to ariscommunity (the "register" link on the top right of the screen), which affects the first launch of ARIS Express. I cleared the IE cache, and refreshed the screen, and still got the same message. Several users reported the same issue (I am registered since a long time) with nothing like ariscommunity items in the cache.

The problem is that the web pages are cached in your browser and also in your proxy server. Please clear the browser and proxy cache.

I had the same message for a while after the maintenance had ended. For me a Ctrl+F5 worked fine forcing my browser to reload the pages.
