Does someone know if we can run both ARIS7.2 Business Server and ARIS9.6 Design/Connect server on the same Windows server?
This is for migration's testing purpose, so performance is not an issue. Of course, relational databases are different.
Objective is to save on efforts building a second test server.

Technically it's possible. The different versions use separate ports internally and they do not interfere with each other. If you are using port 80 e.g. for accessing download clients (v.7.2) you may want to change that before installing 9.6.
Although performance may not be an issue I would say 8Gb of available memory is a minimum requirement for running Connect server or you may experience problems starting up all components.

I can confirm that ARIS Business Server 7.2 and ARIS Design Server 9.6 can both run on the same physical machine.
But ARIS Publisher Server 9.6 requires a second server...
