Hi,
I want to create a new Attribute type groups and subgroups. If I create a new Attribute type group, the previous created group is not displayed as superior group. Refresh configuration and re-starting ARIS did not help.
Am I doing something wrong?

I have the same problem. I can create Attribute Group, but there is no way to create attribute subgroup. Maybe someone knows a workaround for this? (ARIS 7.2.4)

I'm trying this in ARIS 9 with the latest service release and am also hitting this problem.
I've managed to find the following for attribute groups in the method:
1. you are able to nest attribute groups if the higher level group is an ARIS default group.
2. if you edit an ARIS default group(i.e. rename it) then you are able to use it for nesting
3. If you create an entirely new user defined group then you are not able to use it as a higher level group to nest within
Does anyone have a decent workaround for this issue? I'd like to create a couple levels(2 or 3 max) of nested attrribute groups.

Hi Theo,
We are running ARIS 7.1 SR9 and have the same issue. I can create an Attribute Type subgroup, but as you said, the subgroup cannot be seen in the attributes window for an object or model. Perhaps a bug in SR9?
Does anyone else have any experience with this?
