stuck with wizard

i'm contacting you because as other users i'm stuck at the step 3 of the Activation Wizard.
IT service from my organisation asked if the soft send packets in http or https.

Sorry if it s not clear, network communication is unclear for me :3

Do i have to ask them to add Aris express in a white list?
