I have created a MashApp for my boss that she would like to publish so that anyone in our compnany can view it at any time. Is there a way to allow everyone in our company ready only access to a MashApp without having to create MashZone usernames and passwords for all?

The MashZone team is currently working hard on the next release, which will be available within the next few months. There will be a new enterprise edition, which will allow anonymous access to mashapps. MashApps can be directly opened via an URL or MashZone will create an HTML code snippet, which can be used to embed the dashboard into a intranet website.
So, with a mashapps can be published in the company intranet without the need to provide user names/passwords for all viewers.

Sounds great, but what should personal and professional edition users do with their licenses? Will there be any kind of license upgrade available? Or they would have to buy new additional licenses?

I think that is somehow possible because http://gallery.mashzone.com/mashzone/app/Viewer.html uses the same feature, though that it's not included in the "standard" functionality and is not covered by any license type.
This feature is also required in our company.
