Issue with Symbol Display in ARIS Architect

Can you specify your issues? I don't understand what do you mean by: 

while in the web version, it displays correctly.

Are you referring to the grid, the dotted lines 

it appears on a white background with a dotted line

in the background of the model? Those can be hidden or displayed in both, Architect and Web :)

Hi Veronika,

The symbol Role is displayed like this in Aris Architect. 

In the Web version of Aris, I can operate with this symbol (add/remove etc.), but the Architect can not even recognise it:

In Grey is the symbol Role number 1143

In Pastel Orange is Role number 145

This is because the symbol is located in a folder/group, where you do not have permissions to. You should check with your admin, s/he can give access to that folder/group. Once access is given, you will be able to see it in Connect and Architect.

The admin is in long-term illness, and the admin rights were passed on to me. I have permission to all folders. When creating a new Role in Aris Connect, with the symbol 1142 (this is the default symbol), and switching to the Architect, the role is visible as blank (the screenshot from my first reply). Is there anything that can cause this behaviour?

Are you maybe using a different filter in Connect and Architect?
