ARIS flows: Start of multiple process instances / start via report

Hi everyone,

Is there currently a way—or is it a planned feature—to start multiple process instances in one flow?
A potential use case would be triggering an annual process review for all released models at once.

Second question (maybe related): Can a "flow" be started via report?

I was able to trigger a "flow" directly from the report. For anyone interested, here’s the script I used:

Hi Tim,

Forking a workflow instance is not yet possible. You could use The "Create report" action and then start a flow from that report. But the easier way might be to go for a report that collects all relevant models and then triggers a separate workflow for each.
A flow can be started via report the same way as it was possible for traditional APG workflows via the "Process" report API. There are currently some limitations regarding the supported context item types: its possible only for the traditional types like database, model and objdef.

If you have more concrete details regarding a Use Case where starting a flow by a flow would have further advantages, please get in touch with us ;)
