Sr. Business Process Modeler candidate must exhibit the following skills and abilities:
3 to 5 years of process modeling
Strong experience with ARIS
Best Practices - knowledge and understanding of best practices and proficient in the practical application of business process analysis
Business Analysis - proficient in decomposing business processes into discrete components for evaluation
Experience to include:
Process Development
Process Documentation
Process Analysis
Process Improvement
Familiarity with SAP and SAP processes
Additional competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Client facing and people skills
Ability to work on multiple efforts concurrently
Proactive self-starter and able to work independently and effectively in a team
Proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
