Migration of Database from ARIS 7 to ARIS 10

Hi all,

I have a series of databased (.adb format) which needs to be uploaded onto ARIS 10 thin client.

When I upload the databases, I'm getting an error message that says 'Unable to import database. The ADB file to be restored originates from an invalid version. Restoring this content is not supported.'

Can anyone help me out, if they've come across this issue?

Hi,

It is because your bases were created in Toolset 7 or Architect 7.0

All I can propose you can send me base and I'll convert it through ARIS 7.2 then you will be able to restore them in ARIS 10.

I do have few databases in ARIS 7.1 which need to be converted so as to be ARIS 10 compatible. Where and how can I send these databases to you privately. Please let me know.
