Business Publisher: Hide Navigation, Model Information, Object information

Hi Tom,

you just need to change the attribute showOnStartup="Y" --> showOnStartup="N" and restart your BP service. Maybe you need to clear the cache of BP after changing the configuration file.

The one I Quoted here just controls the Naviation Three.  I need the corresponding quotes to default hide

Hello Tom,

if you search the file layouts\default\config\layout.cfg.xml for the parameter showOnStartup= you will find it applicable to the sections

<tree...  and  <modelOverview... which are placed in the navigation frame

and <infoSet... which means the right hand "info frame" showing model or object attributes resp.

But I think the info frame is set to showOnStartup=N by default (BPublisher 7.1 SR2010_06)
