Removal of unused objects from database and moving of models with objects

Hello,

I seem to remember that you can delete all unused object from you database. Can someone remind me how to do this? Can I do this in Aris Business Designer or do I need an Aris Business Architect license for this?

Furthermore I would like to move some models from one group to another, including the objects of that model. How do I do this? If I drag and drop, the objects are not moving to the other group.

Hi Tom,

What you are looking for is Database Re-organization. You can find that in the "Administration" section in ARIS Business Architect.

Go to administration

Right click the database you want to remove all unused objects

click on reorganize

NOTE: Backup your database first!

As for moving objects with the model. Rather than left clicking and dragging, right click and drag. Once you let go of the right mouse button it will give you the options to move with objects.
