Hello

I have a problem with running ARIS Business Designer in windows 10.

The hardware key was installed with the Hardkey driver and visible in the investment manager as Aladdin Hardlock Key and Alladdin USB Key. After starting the application, the window is opened with the question about the key.

I am asking for help in solving the problem.

On other computers the situation looks the same.

Hi,

most likely, you still have a hardkey ("dongle") for ARIS 7.x.

Since ARIS 9, hardkeys are not supported anymore. You need a license file to import into the server.
