Exported model does not support cyrillic text

Hi there,

I've built few BPMN processes and exported them to both PDF and RTF using the "Export model information as PDF/RTF" respectively. The objects' names as well their attributes are written in cyrillic and no matter the PDF or RTF output is chosen the text is not visible. In the PDF variant the text is missing and in the RTF variant all the letters are replaced by question marks (see the attached pictures).

I tried to switch the language, but it has no effect.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated!

Hi Tony,

I faced with the same problem, but we had ARIS Business Server and exported models with reports. The problem was that OS didn't have fonts installed. I think you can try to check JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/fonts , which ARIS Express uses. And install there cyrillic fonts you need.
