Errors when trying to save ARIS express models

The user is getting the following error messages when trying to save the ARIS Express models:

1) Save operation is not possible Internal error &

2) Unable to save model. The system message is ?????

Can you provide the root cause of the error and how to ensure the models are saved properly?

And what? I see that errors too. And I have lost my model. And what can I do?

Yes... The export to JPG is working properly. On the picture I can see a full model. But Save operation and export to PDF has showing very old data.
