Job Description
As a valued colleague on the Enterprise Governance Risk and Compliance team, you will help execute the dual organizational priorities of driving a commercial mindset along with a digital transformation by mapping key business processes within Enterprise Risk Management and Enterprise Operational Risk. This will help the organization withstand regulatory oversight as well as drive efficiencies and risk reduction within the organization by showing, for example, where process changes or automation could lead to business improvements.

The Advisor, Enterprise Risk Business Process Engineering role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Map, evaluate, and recommend improvements to processes within Enterprise Operational Risk and Enterprise Risk Management
- Provide expert guidance and oversight on identifying operational pain points and/or opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Support the development of new initiatives to satisfy strategic business objectives.
- Collaborate with teams to develop business process models and document operational guidelines.
- Monitor ongoing process enhancements for improved business performance.
- Influence Business Process Management standards and tools
Qualifications
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
- 6+ years of demonstrated experience documenting process, risk, and control mappings in a highly regulated industry (i.e.: Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Energy)
- 2 years of experience using ARIS
- Strong Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, building relationship networks, etc.
- Expert influencer with a demonstrated record of negotiating and persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.
- Ability to address difficult issues, invite diverse perspectives, and challenge the status quo in order to drive improvements while maintaining engagement
Desired Experiences
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Depth of experience improving and overseeing operations to drive towards Operational Excellence.
- Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
- Demonstrated experience working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
