Hello,
I have problems with starting and reinstalling ARIS Express, While trying to do this the JAVA screen shortly comes up before vanishing. When trying to open an tdf-file this error message comes up:
"CouldNotLoadArgumentException[ Kunde inte ladda angiven fil/URL: C:\Documents and Settings\uemarjan\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\6.0\45\72b5016d-74f9eb9d]
at com.sun.javaws.Main.launchApp(Unknown Source)

at com.sun.javaws.Main$1.run(Unknown Source)

When logging in as administator the program works perfectly and I have tried to copy the missing file from the administrator folder but it doesn't help,
does anyone have any good advice?

Hi,
the download is user specific. That means, if you download Express using a user 'A' on a machine, and switch to another user, Express is not available. Copying the files is not a good idea, the standard behavior of Java platform here is user specific.
If you want to use Express with another user on the same machine, please download again.
If you've broken the installation, you need to uninstall and download again.
Uninstall should be done like this, if you want to be on the safe side:
1.) System panel -> Java panel
2.) first page: temporary internet files -> Settings
3.) Delete files -> confirm both application and applets
Then download again, and the installation should be fixed.
