Hi ,

I am trying to fetch data using aris queries and spreadsheet and export in an excel format, however i see that the rows are limited in the table result.

Is there limitation to the number of rows and columns data fetched using aris queries?

Many Thanks in advance!

Dear Usha Naik,
please specify what is the maximum number of rows you export to Excel? And how many did you plan to see? I exported tables with about 1500 rows, and all data was exported to Excel correctly.

Hi Anton,

I was trying to extract a report that would contain more than 5000 rows of data.

Thanks,

Usha

Hi Anton,
Hi Usha,

I had the same question and received the following answer:

Unfortunately, the size of the spreadsheets is currently limited to 255 rows and 48 columns when creating new ones. Centrally, this cannot be increased either.
But: manually you can always add more rows and columns in the individual spreadsheet. So you can go over this limit, we don't delete it.

With the queries you can also create larger table outputs, i.e. if the table output of the query has 625 rows, these are also displayed.

Hope this helps.

Best,

Veronika

Hi,

if you create a new spreadsheet model then it shows only 255x48 rows/cols. But you can add more rows/cols if you need. If you generate a spreadsheet from a query the spreadsheet can contain more rows/cols. It depends on how much data the execution query provides.
