Which ports are open for firewall inbound and outbound connections for designer, publisher and database mssql?

Dear Vadim,
Do you refer to ARIS 9? And do you mean by "designer" either ARIS Designer (the modeling client) or ARIS Design Server?
Please see ARIS Server Installation and Administration Guide in the respective chapters for installing ARIS Design Server, ARIS Publisher Server which ports are being used.
ARIS client products (ARIS Designer, ARIS Architect, ARIS Connect Viewer, ARIS Connect Designer) are all connecting ARIS Design/Connect Server through port 80 for HTTP and port 443 for HTTPS, if not otherwise specified during the installation process of the respective server.
ARIS Viewer connects through port 19990 to ARIS Publisher Server.
If the default port 1433 of MS SQL Server isn't changed by DBMS administrator, ARIS is using that port.
