JOB DESCRIPTION

The candidate for this position will be responsible for designing and documenting refining operations process modeling standards and ensuring the standards are enforced. Standards include outlining the architectural framework as well as documenting what model, object, relationship, and attribute types are included in the architecture. The primary functions this position will perform are:
- Produce and update Modeling Standards document
- Lead Quality Assurance audit by developing reports and semantic checks to efficiently ensure that standards are followed
- Design and map Business Processes to Business Process Management processes using best practices
- Develop training materials for internal BPM training
- Provide process modeling training and support to other project team members
- Work with all other team members to develop and maintain process models in support of established standards
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED required. A Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business or Information Systems is preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of I/S experience required. Candidate must have experience with BPM project, such as ARIS, including:
- The use of BPM in an SAP implementation
- Leading process modeling workshops
- Hands-on experience and extensive knowledge in BPM tool, such as ARIS
In addition, Excellent communication skills required to interact with internal and external contacts as well as all levels of management. Refinery business and operations knowledge preferred.
