Hi Community,
several designers in my organisation have encountered recently the following problem. When during login they reach the first window where they have to enter their username and password, the database name is missing. Under these circumstances they cannot continue the login.
I already was aware of this situation when a new user tried to enter ARIS for the first time. The designers recently having this problem however are no "first timers". They have been working for some time with ARIS.
At first I wondered of the use of Windows 7 would be the cause, but the problem also occurs with computers without Windows 7. All users use IE8.
Does anybody know how to resolve this problem?
