Hi Community,
I have a strange problem. A user of ARIS has created an EPC (row) in which he has put an activity in a row, creating the relationship "performs". Afterwards he moved the activity into another row assuming that the first relationship would disappear.
When he created a matrix model based on the EPC, both relationships appear. We have tried to remove the relationship that is no longer valid, but to no avail. ARIS does not allow to delete the relationship.
Even though nothing is visible within the EPC, ARIS tells us that the first relationship still exist and that it is even active (yellow check mark) in the EPC model. And therefore the relationship appears in the matrix model.
What can we do to remove this relationship?
thanks in advance for your help

Hello Bruno,
This is a known bug in previous version of Aris (7.02 and some 7.1 releases).
What is your Aris version ?

Vincent
