Hello, i recently downloaded Aris 9.0 educational package and i used it for couple of days when it dealed some problems so i decided to unistall it and install it again but it could install again because of license key problems.. I want to ask if the license key is for one use only.

Hi, do you know why am i getting a message "User 'system' has no license for using: ARIS Optimizer". I am able to run ARIS architect.
But the license key says is not valid.. Although i install ari9 in other computer the same happened again. No valid license key..i just want a new license key. Can i get one by someone?

You should be able to use your license key after reinstalling ARIS. If you are running in some install problems please delete the aris9 folder in your user folder after uninstalling.
