Business Publisher Matrix model export

Hello Community,

I find the reports one is able to generate using the Matrix tab of the Business Publisher very useful. If I right-click on a matrix I see an option "Export to Excel". However, I get an error message explaining that some scripti is causing my browser to run slowly and I never get the result. I have tested this on several computers with Windows 7.

Has anyone been able to export successfully matrices created with Business Publisher? Please share how?

Yes of course! Just by clicking the button...;)

But maybe in your case it's a bug. Please report this issue to the support team.

Hi Veselin,

Matrix publishing is only available since ARIS 7.2. What version are you running?

Thanks guys, you really helped me. I haven't noticed the export to Excel button in the right upper corner. I was using the righ-click of the mouse instead. Now it works.

Otherwise I am using aris 7.2, but I think that the Publisher is a little bit older.
