I downloaded this program and have registered name and password and can log in on the Aris site without any issues.
But when I open Activation Wizard on desktop and passed first and second steps, I can not get program because it doesn't work after name and password step. I know my data and added it into the site but here I don't see any changes when I add these data. It looks like missed connection between online data for checking and Activation Wizard window on desktop.
Can you help me to get this program and start to use it?

Same problem here.
It does not go trough the third step (login) on Activation Wizard.

I have the same problem. I downloaded this programm again and tried to reinstall, but threre isn't any changes :(

Please use your ARIS community account, I do not know whether the account you are using in your screenshot is correct.
The check for the account still works, just checked it right away.
Seems that the call is blocked, which means you need to contact your IT.
