Hello Everyone,
I had a few unsuccesful logins post which my account to the user community has been temporarily blocked. Meanwhile, I have requested for and changed my password. However, I am still unable to activate Aris Express. Post entering the login credentials, nothing happens. Could you please advise how long the temporary block stays? Why I am unable to activate Aris express even after resetting the password? Is there something I can do to ensure the account is still not blocked?
