I'm researching about the ARIS Process Dashboards and I've a doubt about the execution environment of the product. Is it possible to use the ARIS Process Dashboards standalone? I mean, without the ARIS PPM or ARIS Business Optimizer?

this is not possible as ARIS Performance Dashboard relies on the applications you already mentioned. If you are looking for a more flexible dashboarding solution you may give ARIS MashZone a try. This works both - stand alone as well as in conjunction with PPM or ABO.
