I'd like to run Web Client via IE, but I got message "Service unavailable". What I have to set on IIS server to fix this error?

Hi Vladimir,
Have a look at the Installation manual. You will find all the info.
Basically you need to create a virtual directory in the default web sites and map the html folder in there. So in the server it could be c:\Program Files\Aris7.1\server\html. You can do it by htmlgen but that would need more work as considering ARIS server is accessible only by internal users. And also index_app.html as default content. You also need to add the MIME type *.cfg and *.properties as text/html.
But as I said earlier whatever I mention is the really really gist version of the steps mentioned in the installation manual.

thank you. But I think there is a problem with IIS, because I can't to load no webpage on IIS. I don't know if Windows server 2003 and IIS 6.0 are OK with ARIS 7.1.0 version... or is must to update Win and IIS.

I had the setup earlier with Win2003 and IIS 6 and ARIS7.1 worked fine.
Double check IIS. Ca you create any virtual directory in default web sites?
Check with your Network administrator.

yes, I can create virual directory. And then I copied ARIS HTML folder there.
I will check IIS.
