How to include external .js file into custom Semantic Check scripts

Hello everyone,

Unlike javascript reports where it is possible to include external javascript scripts (eg in Common Files), how to include an external script to a custom semantic check rule?

I want to centralize helper functions and make them accessible to all my semantic check custom scripts.
