I have just created a new project room and tried to import a proprietary filter . this was not feasible and i am prompted that i am missing an Access License .
I have looked for it in User mgt area but there was nothing relevant there :(
Could you pls advise ?

The ARIS Access license is not available in ARIS Cloud Advanced. With this license you can export and imported decrypted filters.
Without this license you can import / export encrypted filter.
The solution could be to export the filter again in the base system with a user WITHOUT access license

Thank you very much for this advise below The base system is an on premise ARIS 10 environment (i.e. not another ARIS Cloud project room). Would your suggestion apply to this as well ?

The user in the on prem system has to be without Acccess license

Your advise helped me to import in the end the proprietary filter. Then i tried the template and i got another message that stg went wrong and that i have to check the log files.
What is more i then imported the custom reports of this customer and although it was implemented without errors i found out that i cannot make them available in Cloud!
